Welcome to the SUSTAIN-IT e-ToolBox, an innovative e-learning course designed for TVET educators in Namibia, Zimbabwe, and Rwanda.

This course equips you with practical, inclusive and challenge-driven pedagogical approaches to engage students in climate action and sustainability awareness. Built upon the Challenge-Based Learning methodology, EntreComp and LifeComp frameworks, and inclusive education principles, the toolbox supports educators in fostering:

• Environmental and digital literacy

• Social entrepreneurship

• Personal and transversal competences

• Inclusion and equity in the classroom

Each of the three modules includes videos, activities, teaching tips, learning outcomes, glossaries and self-assessment tools. Upon completion, you will receive an official certificate.
